RESUME
Experience
QA Engineer
Jan 2021 - present
I use a variety of techniques and technologies to manually test as well as set up automation tests to ensure our clients get successful products. I plan and execute User Acceptance Testing, A/B tests, and many other White box and Black box testing techniques. I use popular testing tools such as Cypress, Katalon, Selenium, and Postman to make sure our products are released successfully. DevNext is a small company and this allows me to get involved in the entire SDLC from design and user workflows to data integrity and backend testing.
UX Designer. Pop Menu.
August 2019 - August 2020
As a Designer at PoPMenu I conduct research, gather feedback from clients, collect data through web analytics, design products, help build and market the clients brand, build web pages, and conduct product and user tests.
UX Intern. Kalon Creative
November 2018 - July 2019
At Kalon I was given the opportunity to learn, accept guidance, and see how products are built. I was mentored by the company's two managers and was allowed to follow them and learn the business. I was given design oriented tasks to complete, was allowed to sit in project kick off meetings, and was allowed to see how product requirements were turned into designs, mvps, and ultimately final products.

Education
Kennesaw State University. Bachelors of Science
2012 - 2017
While at KSU I spent most of my time learning Social Sciences. My degree heavily consisted of classes in Psychology and Sociology. The degree was preparing me for a career in the justice field but the purpose was to understand the why behind things. The approach the degree took was not to just understand the law, but why crime happens, and how to help prevent it by truly understanding the reasons behind the actions.
